How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping typically takes 7–20 business days depending on your location. Express options (5–10 days) are available at checkout for most countries.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship to over 150 countries worldwide. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout based on your address.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can also track your order anytime at /track using your order number and email address.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Please contact us at support@zerobot.info as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

We are sorry to hear that! Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and your order number. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund.

How do I return an item?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Contact support@zerobot.info to start a return.

Is my payment information secure?
