Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition
  • In original packaging with all accessories included
  • Accompanied by your order number as proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as final sale at time of purchase
  • Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modification
  • Opened hygiene or personal care products

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@zerobot.info with your order number and clear photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email support@zerobot.info with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will reply with return instructions within 1–2 business days
  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when processed.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect. We recommend a trackable shipping service.
