Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once dispatched.

We ship to over 150 countries worldwide. Availability and rates are displayed at checkout based on your delivery address.

United States: 7–15 days standard / 3–7 days express
Europe: 10–20 days standard / 5–10 days express
UK & Canada: 7–18 days standard / 4–8 days express
Middle East & Africa: 15–30 days standard / 7–14 days express
Rest of World: 15–35 days standard / 8–15 days express

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance or local postal conditions.

Tracking

Every order includes a tracking number. Track your shipment at /track or via the carrier website. Updates may take 2–5 days to appear after dispatch.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties imposed by your country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.

Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your package has not arrived within the estimated window, contact us at support@zerobot.info. We will investigate and either resend or issue a full refund.

Address Accuracy

Please verify your shipping address before completing your order. GadPlex is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
